Day 8th of August year 2008 aka 080808 was the Opening Ceremony Day for Beijing Olympic 2008. Earlier that day, everyone was talking about the grand opening ceremony that promised by Beijing to make it the most spectacular opening ceremony ever on Earth. Initially I didn’t plan to watch it, however my colleagues and I went to a nearby restaurant with Live TV Telecast for dinner. Ended up we sat there all night long watching it ~ hahaha. Well, truly a remarkable one and many audiences on the restaurant shouting “Wah…” most of the times ~ LoL *that including me of course

Before this, I came across a Lego Olympic Exhibition at Grand Century Place, Mongkok. That was quite lucky as I was walking to Mongkok from Royal Hotel Plaza after visiting two Malaysian participants for AOCC 2008 (Advanced Overclocking Championship 2008) at Dragon Centre, Sham Shui Po.
Lets see what I have taken here with my newly bought camera

The famous Birdnest National Stadium.

Just look at the amount of Lego “people” inside the stadium.

3 on 3 Street Basketball??? Anyway, noticed the “wave cheering” on the other end of the court?

This is one of my favorite photo for this. The water events.

If you’re good enough, try notice the few Lego “people” doing diving there

Full details about the Lego used for this exhibition was published in Chinese on the wall. Hahaha… I understand none of them, sorry
